Is there any way to get data on historical games (I
wanted to see what percentage were won by Player1 and
Player 2).  Of course one should really disaggregate
into:

a) Player 1 won, Player 1 had the higher rating
b) Player 1 won, Player 1 had the lower rating
c) Player 2 won, Player 2 had the higher rating
d) Player 2 won, Player 2 had the lower rating

in case there is some self selection among players who
just play a single game.

I tried sending the server "cathedral games inactive"
but it reported no saved games.
