[pbmserv-dev] (Werewolf) new role

In the overly long wait for 27 to end and 28 to begin,
I thought of a potential new role that is different -
The Mayor.

It would be different because it would be public. The
Mayor would have the ability to grant pardons to lynch
victims, except for themselves of course.

Would it slow the game down, probably.  Would it be
wacky, definitely.  Is it worth it, I don't know.  My
ideas are like my children.  I throw them out of the
house as soon as possible and forget about them.
