One of our goals is to get GPCA and AKC affiliation but that will take some 
time. We have used the GPCA/GPCC as guidelines. We hope our rescue/education 
efforts will increase with the club forming. Thanks for the good wishes.

 However if this club is not affiliated with the GPCA or the AKC
and is a privately sponsored club then I am curious who will set ethical
guidlines for club members to follow?
