Re: [PyrNet-L] Midnight battle on the Pasture front.

One of the reasons we like to be involved in the therapy work is to give
the pyrs a job. I know they're happier when they have one. Judith, I know
what you mean about Mishka. Our Ivy, who is so shy, will nonetheless plant
herself between us and the door when someone comes on the front porch and
rings the doorbell. She's doesn't want to approach anyone she doesn't
know, but that makes her bravery all the more touching, I think.
We have had to think long and hard as to who would be able to get into our
house if something happened to us. We have about two people Paddington
will let in if we're not there. We once gave a key to a plumber who was
doing some work, someone who had made great buddies with our boy. When he
came back when we were out, Paddington stopped barking and wagged his tail
when he realized it was Jack, but he wouldn't move aside and let him in.
Jack understood that he was doing his job and didn't push it. We feel well
protected!
