I would want to know body posture of the dog on this bite, what really
occurred prior to the bite and afterwards. Did the dog warn and back
off, or did he aggressively pursue. >>
You are assuming that no evidence was presented on the dog's behalf in
court papers or in court. I assume that the owners had their say and a chance
to defend their dog's behavior.
