Tony, wasn't Kane a rescue?  Please remember he comes with baggage, some
of which you may never know about.  His reactions will be different, he
may punish you for leaving, test your love, have anxiety problems to deal
with.  Remember, housebreaking is a lot easier and faster than potty
training.  I know it is a pain, but ease up on Kane and yourself.  It
will all come about!  :-)    Cindy.
