Flagyl (metronidazole) is a trichamonacide (anti-trichamonis drug) and
amebicide that kills the bad bugs in your/ dogs gut, cures infections, etc.
They give it for Giardiasis, the nasty stuff you get from drinking impure
water, and to prevent infection during intestinal surgery.
