[PyrNet-L] Help: Mounting

I have a Dalmatian in addition to Sam, and he has not been fixed, as we were going to breed him once again with a friend's bitch.  My problem:  he will not leave Sam alone.  Is there such a thing as males that come in season too?  He is all over Sam!  Sam thinks it's a game and hasn't nipped, growled or anything... just takes it! To me, it's a PITA, extremely annoying and I am continually separating them....... one indoors, one out, but both have to be in at night.  Any suggestions?
