[PyrNet-L] Pyr loose in Colony Texas

      I am trying to reach all who might help or know someone who will help 
this dog.  We are not sure the sex -- it is a Pyr with a turquoise collar -- 
no tags -- dirty -- very scared and Animal Control (AC) in Colony has been 
chasing the dog -- they say it will bite but Becky Ramsy with Sheltie rescue 
says she was within inches of the dog and it challenged her at first but then 
just sat there.   When she got that close AC came around with lights and 
siren and scared the dog off (STUPID).   Becky called me to see what help 
could be mustered.   She is at 972-625-1136.   She says the dog has been 
running the highways 121, 544, and Plano Hwy.
    If you know who this dog belongs to or someone can take the time to get 
this dog off the highway.
