While we all like to think that a Beware of Dog sign is a good deterrent, a 
lawyer friend of ours told us that it's better to put up a No Trespassing 
sign.  Seems the NT sign is explicitly telling people they are not wanted on 
your property, and if something happens to them, well it's their "tough 
luck."  The BoD sign, on the other hand, warns people that you have a dog 
that you "can't control," and if they happen to come on your property and get 
hurt, you can be sued big time!

Where is the logic in this?
