    Hi Jill, I have a pyr that tore his Cruciate ligament, and had the 
surgery to repair it. He is doing fine, it sounds more like your Sebastion, 
has a subluxating patella, it is when the knee cap actually slips out of the 
joint. This can happen of and on until it takes care of itself or surgery may 
have to be considered to repair the problem. A lot of the time this problem 
will just go away on its own, Conner had this also, but it repaired itself, 
his tear was on the other leg, he did it playing. Goodluck and keep us posted
