Mike, 
Dropped eared dogs, uh, probably yes.  I just took my newf in to 
clear up an ear infection again.  It also could be just plain yeast.  I 
usually keep around Epi-Otic for cleaning the ears which I like.  
Since it keeps reoccurring may call for a change in what's been 
used or they missed something on the culture.
