Re: [pyrnet] storms

I'm the one that has the problem with thunderstorms around here.
(except for Flopsy who is a basket case at the moment as we've
had some distant thunder) I've come uncomfortably close to being
hit by lightening twice. I figure the third time, I'm going to
get it! Anyway, if I let the Pyrs out, and a thunderstorm rolls
on in, they stand outside, totally unconcerned. I believe they
laugh at me for sounding alarmed and calling them in the house!
Invariably, Chelsea goes into the detached garage (19 year old
son Never closes the doors!) and I have to go out and get her!
She then goes into play mode and guffaws the whole time I'm
getting more upset and scared! She is a real witch on occasion!
About the time I'm becoming somewhat hysterical, she makes a
beeline for the back door, and sits there patiently waiting until
I get there. Gives me a look like "I've been waiting here forever
for you to let me in! What took you so long, Mom?" There are
times I'd like to strangle her!
