Nancy, I loved your story.  My friend with the P.B. Pig rescue has a more
serious version of the same thing going, with one particular neighbor (
he actually goes all the way to slander ).  This fellow has called out
every branch of the goverment, multiple times.  Chris is always in
compliance ( she runs a nice set up for these animals ).
The guy is virtually shoveling his own grave, because now it is a case of
" the man who cried wolf "!  Sometimes life is sweet :-)  Thanks for the
