Barb, that is good to hear.  Must be that extra nice way you talk to
people, you manage to calm them down!  I agree with you, I am sure he is
conveying a lot to the dog, himself, and making it worse.  That part is
hard to control.
You can't exactly tell people to be calm, they almost get more nervous
trying to force themselves to be calm.  Sure hope he can get some proper
help with your suggestions!
