Re: [pyrnet] GPCA -- and dwarfs

Thanks Linda! I was using the litter registration in a rather generic
way. Your more or less answered my question as to how dwarfs would/could
be handled at the AKC level, as individuals.

I still feel that unless they are not allowed at that level, then denying
them after they have been seen by the public, and shown to be capable of
competing, then the club appears to be posturing when it denies them
recognition within a closed group not really seen by the public. How
many Dwarfs are actually even competing at all? At that point the public
doesn't know that the dogs achievements are recognized by the club, even
as it works towards eliminating the condition.

My interest mainly was in the ILP, of course, and how it would be
handled. I appreciate some of the responses that acknowledged that I
wasn't the only one that read it that way!

I realize that I am not a member of the club, but I do hope that when it
comes time for the vote, that it will be written more clearly so that all
those who will vote on it have a better understanding! Cindy
