Bridget, Poison ivy is rampant in Houston if the land is not cleared regularly, so we have experience. The spray of 5% or so hydocortisone provides pain and itch relief. It does not burn going on. And it does not spread the poison ivy like wiping on medicine can. The orange dog would be a laugh or cry thing. Is he clean yet? swhite2@houston.rr.com
