I respectfully submit that anyone who aspires to the title of "ETHICAL 
BREEDER," and all that the title infers, should routinely test for all Breed 
Specific health problems. Otherwise the title of "ETHICAL BREEDER" will be 
reduced to nothing more that an advertising gimmick.
