Excuse me, but that is your job as a breeder.  To dig, to read, to work, to
talk, to educate yourself about these things.  Not to wait for anyone to
tell you what to do.  And when you are knowledgable enough then you will
also know where to get this information and how to use it.  "You" in this
context is editorial, and not directed specifically at Joe.
