Cari dose your city have a breaking the peace law we do its and I believe
any noise before 9am and after 10 pm at night check it out and ask them
about your dog barking during the day if that's considered a nuisance.They
sound like a bunch of nosey people and I would be worried they might do
something to hurt Boone.How terrible for you and your family.Sounds like
they could do with finding a life for themselves and stay the heck out of
your families business.Is there a way you might be able to attach a heavy
gage chicken wire around the top of your chain fence on an inward slope so
he would hit his head and not be able to go over the fence sounds like you
sure have your hands full.Let us know how you make out .Happy New Year
