Shannon, sometimes too many toys simply overwhelms them. Maybe start with
one of the toys that are made to hold a small treat or peanut butter. Dogs
that are not accustomed to toys might take a while and it's a challenge to
find just what will spark their interest. One of the first things all of
ours have enjoyed is an empty soda bottle. Be sure to take the plastic
ring off the top, and watch them because Tori anyway tends to chew through
it and get sharp points rather quickly, but she loves to chase them
around, toss them in the air, etc. as have all our pyrs.
