[pyrnet] Fence height

Hello folks,
We had kind of a neat situation with the house we bought.  It was previously 
owned by the county sheriff's K-9 officer and was built to facilitate his 
German Shepherd's.  Therefore we got a beautiful kennel set up for several dogs 
and a completely fence back yard.  The fencing is 7' cedar and to deter digging 
under they buried about 18" of cyclone fencing horizontally a few inches below 
ground.  

While the 7 foot fencing is probably not needed for pyrs it does stop people 
from looking over, climbing over, or harassing our Pyr.
