RE: [WW] Nurse Multiclassing Question PEG/Anybody?

Any thoughts on why this shouldn t be

Why wouldn't it be allowed? There are no rules preventinging the
Resistance Fighter from multi-classing into Medic/Nurse.
The book says (under "Multiclassed Characters" on p.24)
"Each class description lists any such restrictions."
Since there are no restrictions listed for Resistance Fighter, it's
allowed.

Yes, but the Medic/Nurse does
say they can multiclass with Grunt (only is presumed since it s listed
under restrictions ).
All in all the multiclass
restrictions are slightly confusing. I then presume a Medic
promoted to officer still can only multiclass with Grunt despite his
rank.
But then look at the Scout, if
you really wanted to be an Officer/Medic, just start with one level of
Scout. They don t have any multiclass restrictions. So you
can multiclass between Scout and Medic until you get a commission, and
then start taking Officer.
Okay, I ve made my own brain
hurt. I ll stop here.

Never thought of it from the other direction. So RF into M/N is
o.k. But what about the other way? Certainly a M/N could go
AWOL and join the Resistance. Or get discharged and join the
Resistance. Couldn't s/he?
Now my brain is hurting, too. :)
Guess we need some clarifications from PEG.
