Umm...what is the reasoning of this, if I might ask. The reason I ask is
that in the D20 system items that give the same type of bonus do not stack.
All bonuses have a "type." So what are the "type" bonuses for the Flak
Jacket and the Helmet? Just wondering.

Okay, I am really confused now. So an "Aimed Fire Attack" is a single shot
that takes a full round action. What is the advantage of that? I can see it
for scopes because you get the telescopic bonus, but for Auto fire weeapons
it seems a waste.
