Hi!

Twilight 2000 had a coolness under fire rating. There were people who
just weren't bothered by bullets flying close enough to count for the
mornings shave. Most are.

Are there any rules for cover fire and CUF? If not, I'd suggest you
get -2 to -4 to hit somebody, when you are under fire yourself (-2 for
more than 2 rifles aimed at you, -4 for sth like machine gun fire).

Wouldn't that make for a nice feat - to get rid of these penalties?
