[WW] Fully Automatic Fire

I was wondering how Shane, or anyone else deals with someone wanting to fire
fully automatic at people. We had an instance where the squad came across a
truck being followed by a small unit of Germans and the BAR gunner wanted to
just spray the lot of them with lead death, but I couldn't find anything
that dealt with it. Nearest I could find was the suppressive fire rules, and
they don't really fit. If anyone has a way of dealing with it, or if I'm
just not looking in the book hard enough please let me know.
