Yes, you can always make him somebody unwanted. Not only Jews were
persecuted, but Sinti and Roma, political enemies and the physically
challenged, too.

In addition there were mixed marriages even back then, so one part
british one part german might be possible. Or look into SE Europe,
which didn't like too well the Axis occupation.
