I like that - if you don't mind coding it.  Set the default as

werewolf board 2 vote from tensen **

with options: (Have we *ever* had more than 99 turns? or more than 99 
emails on a turn?)

werewolf board 2 (01.001) vote from tensen **
werewolf board 2 (01.v.001) vote from tensen **

Where characters are
v=vote
t=talk (what is now chat)
h=howl or kill
d=(dead) haunt
m=meeting (mason)
c=contract or kill (mafia)

I don't think we need a letter for info, disguise, or protect because 
only one person sees this email.  If it needs a letter, maybe use
y=(you only) info, disguise, protect

Did I miss anything?
