That was the way i first saw it but , and this is only a pendantic
subjective interpretation of the rules( but hey when are they not i guess),
the power says
"Powerful: Add +5 to Strength rolls" . So as the wound allotment is not a
strength ROLL but merely based on the Strength Attribute I would say he
still only gets 5 wounds on each location. What do you think? and does this
make the package more rounded?
