Yes, you can get a nice inexpensive file set at a building supply or tool store,
don't fall for ordering the Games Workshop tool set or you will be paying a heck
of a lot more for a logo.

Before you paint it take a look a Robert Swan's Hanging Judge on his Webpage, a
fantastic job was done by his wife.  She has won several mini painting contests
in different styles.  A very nice Lady.
