Just to let everyone know, after much soul-searching, the martial arts
powers are getting a major revamp.

To some degree, yes. I just finished updating the Hucksters section-which of
all the previous "sourcebooked" ABs needed the most explication. Hucksters &
Hexes was written under the old system, so a few notes were included in
Hexarcana to smooth the rough spots. Not much more than a page, though.
Voodoo and martial arts are both much more standardized to the "hexslingin"
central arcane skill system as well. Besides that, the other AB sourcebooks
(i.e., blessed and shamans) don't need much tinkering to make them fit the
new system.

No. If it was in a stand-alone sourcebook, it _will_ not be reprinted. Thus,
hexslingers won't be in the book. If it was in a campaign boxed set, it was,
so thaumaturgical diffusion, Voodoo, and martial arts are. Well, with two
very minor exceptions. A while ago we stuck two hexes in the Epitaph section
of a sourcebook (Doomtown or Bust!, I think); I chucked those in for good
measure.

Now, there are new hexes, tricks, favors, guardian spirits, miracles, gifts,
interventions, and the like aplenty. There are also new Voodoo spells, fu
powers (and martial arts maneuvers/Aptitudes), and metal mage hexes and
tricks.

No--to both. :-)

Hmm...that would be handy-but we'd take it in the shorts on that one, I
think. Financially speaking of course. :-)

That's pretty much it on the nose. On top of the reworked campaign-set ABs,
there's somewhere in the neighborhood of 70 completely new hexes, miracles,
favors, fu powers, tricks, and so forth.

There you have it-mostly anyway. I'm also tacking in errata on hexes,
miracles and what-not from the original AB sourcebooks that I (or others)
have noted over the years. There's one or two more tidbits, but you've got
the gist.
