Hi,
These are my simplifications:
- Wind taken = ½ of damage rolled (no need to roll again
for wind)
- Double action pistols use gatling rule with only 1
role and raises indicating an additional hit
- I do not roll for stun on light wounds
- When there are many opponents they are all just 30 hp and
I do not care about hit location (except for additional
dice for head and gizzard)

I just did a run of Deadlands with a new posse. They loved everything
(setting, characters, most mechanics) except for the combat system, which is
IMNSHO kinda clunky. Does anybody have some way to speed combat up a bit
other than the "hits" system used for extras?
