HEATHEN!!!!! Doth thou openly mock the Rules of our founding Marshals?
Seriously though, it would make it too easy for players to get away with
what ever they want (I still remember my puppy marshal days when I didn't
know how to handle HtH dam. and let them roll their strength and add ALL the
dice.) The rules are well balanced, if you want successes above what can be
considered reasonable (without spectacular dice rolls (23 on a d6) you spend
chips.
