Ailin' hindrance - level 3 or 5 depending on how advanced the case is.

-2 to persuasion and sneak attempts, roll vigor (5) at the start of each 
game session.  A failure gives a -4 penalty to everything done that session.
Level 5 is vigor (7)/ death.
