My wife said if we got another Pyr, it would have to be an outdoor dog, 
well, maybe a basement dog.  Clondike came into our house nearly 10 years 
ago, lay down at the foot of the bed, has been there ever since--well, 
actually she sleeps wherever she happens to be when the urge to nap hits her.

I have read that indoor dogs are a little less territorial, so they bark 
less.  In any case, this arrangement suits us just fine.
