His name is Mike Carlucci who also wrote a column in Front & Finish, an
obedience training newspaper.  He's also president of the club putting on
this year's Classic obedience tournament in Indiana.  I've never seen him
judge but he should be well-qualified for the job of judging the
Nationals.
