I agree. I was told when I brought my GSD pup home that long walks, agility
work, jogging with me, etc. were to be a no-no until he had reached at least
one year of age. Agility not until the age of 18 months (long back prone to
damage).

Exactly...and what's more fun than playing with a puppy!!! :)
