We currently have 4 dogs..a schnauzer/terrier mix (Reba), a basenji/doberman (Jewel), a St Bernard/Pyr mix (Hardy) (all were rescue dogs) & a Pyr (Maya).We also have a manx cat (Hemi). All of them are altered females except for Hemi he's our only altered male. All of them are house pets & we absolutely love it..of course we need to buy another king size bed to fit next to our other one so all pets can fit & we have somewhere to sleep *L* and we also traded in for a van so all the pets had somewhere to comfortably ride *G* but it's been an absolute joy!!We haven't had any major problems with any of them getting along at all. And they actually seemed to be a little bummed if one of their furry companions is missing for even a few minutes.as for advice..enjoy!! *G*..the only thing we are always sure to do..is when giving treats etc..we always hand them out in order of the Alpha female on down. The funny thing is our smallest dog Reba (only 22lbs) is the Alpha female of our bunch. And with that many pets each of them get their "mommy & daddy" time of their own & then we spend time playing with the whole "pack" together.So far my husband says no more critters!!!*G* but we shall see..there's always room for one more *L*.Congrats on your new addition..i can't wait to hear the stories you'll have to share *G*.Mary & the critter gang.
