Same here - some trim whiskers and some don't.  Some prefer it and some
don't.  The issue of whisker trimming came up on a Dalmatian list I am on
recently.  A lot of people (here in Aus anyway) seem to be moving away from
doing it, and it doesn't seem to be having any affect on who wins and who
doesn't.  I did trim them at one point, but decided to try not doing it for
a while and just haven't changed back again. Must admit I just don't really
notice them on the dogs any more.
