You must have my pups twin. All your points sound just like my 3 mo pup. We
took her to the park last Sunday and she discovered the swimming hole( water
fountain) now she likes to play in her water bowl.

She doesn't ignore "NO" she pauses looks at me with those BIG eyes "you
aren't talking to me I am not doing anything wrong"

On a lead she does great, except when she decides to remind me that I am not
top dog and falls over in the grass and wallows around then lies there
looking up at me.
