This is Phoenix. It's a flavor of Mozilla, which is "pure" Netscape (that
is, it's Netscape without all the AOL-branded crap in it). Try downloading
this and see if it works using the Netscape engine. If it does, then it's
just a problem with IE and you can relax. If not, well, then I honestly
don't know what it could be. You did download and extract everything from
the zip file, including the folder for the cards right? Just make sure that
draw.html and the folder for the cards (not the cards themselves, mind you,
but the folder that they're in)  are both in the same directory.
