Re: [pyrnet] new behavior problem

Hi Tammy,

With the heat you are having over there (freezing here!) one of the wire crates would be better, enough for Bonnie to stand up, turn round and lie down comfortably in. You can start by putting treats in there for her and feeding Bonnie in there. I also put a sheet over the crate for a bit of security too.  Then Puffin comes in, drags the sheet off and chews holes in in it for more ventilation!!   Bonnie probably thought it was playtime whether you were there or not!!  It might never happen again? Who knows but I think they like to make us feel guilty for the lack of attention so we are being punished be it destroying the bed, our Teddies, lifting a leg, taking out a radio, chewing our possessions, or anything that belongs to us. Remind me to tell the story one day of a Pyr taking out the crutch of my jeans ( I wasn't wearing them!) as a form of punishment!! Not on a par with Teddy Sunshine's leg though!!
